is by far the BEST tart wax that I've worked with! I've worked with several popular ones, both with paraffin and without. At first I was struggling with this wax as it was leaving a ring on the edge of my wax warmers. What I discovered after months of testing was that I was adding too much fragrance. Even though this wax can hold up to 25%, even 20% for most oils is too much. The sweet spot for me has been between 15%-18% depending on the fragrance oil I'm using. I read several reviews that had this same issue and they were upset over their own errors! I cannot stress enough that you have to test, test, and test until you know your wax extremely well! I also pour into my clamshells between 165-170 and it has helped greatly with the uneven looking surface. I'm not as concerned about that though as this is still a soy based wax and soy is just finicky like that. I LOVE this tart wax and I'm so glad I didn't give up on it! It works perfect for any embeds or shapes I'm creating. The CT is amazing after 1 day and the HT is outstanding if you've got the correct fragrance load. Less is always I've worked with several popular ones, both with paraffin and without. At first I was struggling with this wax as it was leaving a ring on the edge of my wax warmers. What I discovered after months of testing was that I was adding too much fragrance. Even though this wax can hold up to 25%, even 20% for most oils is too much. The sweet spot for me has been between 15%-18% depending on the fragrance oil I'm using. I read several reviews that had this same issue and they were upset over their own errors! I cannot stress enough that you have to test, test, and test until you know your wax extremely well! I also pour into my clamshells between 165-170 and it has helped greatly with the uneven looking surface. I'm not as concerned about that though as this is still a soy based wax and soy is just finicky like that. I LOVE this tart wax and I'm so glad I didn't give up on it! It works perfect for any embeds or shapes I'm creating. The CT is amazing after 1 day and the HT is outstanding if you've got the correct fragrance load. I wish the 4630 in my candles created the same intense scent throws as this wax does. I’ve maxed out the 10% for the 4630 and no matter what percentage I tried between 6% and 10%, the scent throws in my candles never get as strong as the throws in this wax. When I think about it… it makes sense, lol, the FO amount is doubled in the CocoSol! Anyway, if you’re on the fence, don’t be. This wax is dope, and creates perfect melts!
